Botanic Gardens

Last week my flatmate Winnie and I met at the Botanic Gardens (about a ten minute walk from where we live) and walked around.

I'm not that keen on marble statues, but this was carved by Hamo Thorneycroft, who was an uncle (?) of Siegfried Sassoon.
