I found a book by Molly Wier, who was an actress. She was born and raised in Glasgow, this book was three of her six memoirs in one volume, called Trilogy of Scottish Childhood. I was very pleased to find a Scottish book during my perambulations through the soggy book tents.

Glasgow Memoirs and 45 weeks!
On Saturday we all drove down to Sleepy Hollow. It was wonderful, and on Halloween I will post a few of the 49 pictures I took while we were there! But we also stopped at their library, which was having an enormous book sale, underneath tents, as it was raining.
