(The Columba Centre, Islay). This is where Laura works. To all the locals (including the bus drivers) it is known as "The Gaelic College" even though it isn't a college. It's more of a Gaelic centre - a place for workshops, classes and other goings-on, so far as I understand it, in any case.
On my first day there I had lunch with Laura and her friends and co-workers. My last day there I was able to spend some time in their excellent Gaelic library.
