Camster Cairns

The Grey Cairns of Camster, as they are officially known, are about 5,000 years old. The locals (ie Rachel's mum) call them the Camster Cairns, and so shall I.


The ground around the cairns was extremely boggy. They had wooden platforms leading to the cairns. And although there were lots of sheep all around, I wouldn't want to go straying off the path.
